Luscious mouth feel of watermelon and red earth driven by an energetic mousse with that sophisticated length and an everlasting finish you won’t stop thinking about. We haven’t. Sourced from the cooler climate granite soils area of Tooborac in Heathcote. Grown by Merindoc Vintners with plantings from 1972. Machine picked and pressed direct to stainless, wild fermented, and then bottled in true méthode ancestrale style for natural carbonation. Nothing added & nothing taken away.
