A sensational bouquet of nutmeg and orange peel followed by white chocolate with a hint of whiskey. Hand picked and 100% destemmed. Fermenting in separate parcels on skins giving our golden child a spectacular orange glow. Bottled in true méthode ancestrale style for natural carbonation, Nothing added & nothing taken away.
